Bring your questions and let the Doc help us sort it all out! \nIf you've missed a previous newsletter\, find them all archived here. \nSIBA Meetings occur the 3rd Thursday of each month through the year with topics being added to the event ahead of each meeting. Meetings are held at 6:30pm at the Sunman American Legion unless otherwise stated ahead of time in the newsletter and website. We're also looking for volunteers to help make the club GO. DESCRIPTION:2023 Bee School will be held on February 25th\, 2023 at Horizon Convention Center in Muncie\, Indiana. We have two Plenary speakers and several of Indiana's own speakers.  For more information about our guest speakers\, see the right hand side of this page "Who are our Guest Speakers?". \nAlong with our Plenary Speakers\, sessions and discussions will be held for beekeepers with any level of skill\, experience or ability. Some of the confirmed speakers and topics are: \n\nPlanning on ordering a package this year?  Steve Doty will be teaching a class with important information about installing packages.\nWonder why the drones are important in a hive?  You can listen to Garett Slater explain all about drones.\nLifetime member\, Michael Chanley will be presenting on "How to Grow Your Business Using Social Media"\nYes\, we have another generation of Shenefields making his debut as a speaker on "Maximize Your Honey Production"\n\nTopics on introductory beekeeping tools and techniques\, as well as learning opportunities for the more advanced beekeeper will be available.  Along with a great program\, we'll have our raffle\, live auction and silent auction again.  We also have a newly designed shirt along with our standard designs.  Many vendors will be on-hand with a variety of  displays and supplies\, see the list below that will be updated as vendors register. \nThe cost to attend is the same as it's been for several years now.  Our goal is to make it affordable for our beekeepers to attend. \n\n$50 for members\n$60 for non-members\n\nRegistration is now open.  Click here\, if you wish to download and mail in the registration.  Click here\, if you wish to use the online system.  There is a transaction fee for using the online system.
